The Art Museum
Your turn begins at The Art Museum.
Roll two dice for what you encounter while exploring the art museum:
2 = You are absorbed into a painted scene and forced to fight an artistic replica of yourself. Roll a die. If the die roll is 1, 2, or 3, fight a Melee Combat with an art nemesis. If the die roll is 4, 5, or 6, fight a Magical Combat with an art nemesis. The art nemesis has special attributes: It's Arms equals your Arms plus 1, it's Magic equals your Magic plus 1, it's Craft equals your Craft minus 1, and it's Vitae equals your Vitae minus 1. You cannot end Combat with the art nemesis unless it has fallen. If the art nemesis has fallen due to Combat with you, heal all Wounds you received due to Combat with the art nemesis, then gain an art replica. An art replica is an Item. If you have an art replica at the start of any Combat, you may choose to have the monster in that Combat with you fight a Combat with the art replicon first. The kind of Combat the art replicon fights with the monster will be of the same kind you would have fought with the monster. The art replicon has special attributes: It's Arms equals the monster's Arms plus 1, it's Magic equals the monster's Magic plus 1, it's Craft equals the monster's Craft minus 1, unless the monster's Craft is 1, in which case it's Craft is 1, and it's Vitae equals the monster's Vitae minus 1, unless the monster's Vitae is 1, in which case it's Vitae is 1. If the monster has fallen due to Combat with the art replicon, lose the art replica, then the Combat with you does not occur and you gain the appropriate XP as though the monster had fallen due to Combat with you. If the art replicon has fallen due to Combat with the monster, lose the art replica, then the Combat with you and the monster occurs, with the monster healing all Wounds it received due to Combat with the art replicon. If neither the art replicon nor the monster has fallen due to the Combat between them, another Combat of the same kind occurs with the art replicon and the monster, with the art replicon and the monster retaining any Wounds they received due to Combat with each other.
3 = You watch in marvel as a painting comes to life and a colorful image of you steps out of it. Fight a Magical Combat with a painted portrait. The painted portrait has special attributes: It's Arms equals your Arms plus 1, it's Magic equals your Magic plus 1, it's Craft equals your Craft minus 1, and it's Vitae equals your Vitae minus 1. If the painted portrait has fallen due to Combat with you, heal all Wounds you received due to Combat with the painted portrait, then gain a portrait painting. A portrait painting is an Item. The paint portrait has special attributes: It's Arms equals the monster's Arms plus 1, it's Magic equals the monster's Magic plus 1, it's Craft equals the monster's Craft minus 1, unless the monster's Craft is 1, in which case it's Craft is 1, and it's Vitae equals the monster's Vitae minus 1, unless the monster's Vitae is 1, in which case it's Vitae is 1. If the monster has fallen due to Combat with the paint portrait, lose the portrait painting, then the Combat with you does not occur and you gain the Magical XP as though the monster had fallen due to Combat with you. If the paint portrait has fallen due to Combat with the monster, lose the portrait painting, then the Combat with you and the monster occurs, with the monster healing all Wounds it received due to Combat with the paint portrait. If neither the paint portrait nor the monster has fallen due to the Combat between them, another Magical Combat occurs with the paint portrait and the monster, with the paint portrait and the monster retaining any Wounds they received due to Combat with each other.

The art vandal's attributes are Arms: 4, Magic: 2, Craft: 3, Vitae: 2. If the art vandal receives a Wound due to a Melee Combat with you, roll a die. If the die roll is 3 or 6, the art vandal does not receive the Wound, then increase the art vandal's Arms by 1. The increase lasts until the art vandal has fallen or if you choose to end Combat with the art vandal.
10 = An artistic arcanist attempts to teach you an incantation to an interesting art magic spell. Roll a die. If the die roll is equal to or less than your Magic, gain absolve. Absolve is a Spell. You may use absolve at any time you receive a Wound due to a Magical Combat. When used, you do not receive the Wound, then increase your Magic by 1. The increase lasts until the monster in the Magical Combat that used absolve has fallen or if you choose to end Combat with that monster. You may not use more than 1 absolve per Wound per Combat.

The sculpted statue has special attributes: It's Arms equals your Arms plus 1, it's Magic equals your Magic plus 1, it's Craft equals your Craft minus 1, and it's Vitae equals your Vitae minus 1. If the sculpted statue has fallen due to Combat with you, heal all Wounds you received due to Combat with the sculpted statue, then gain a statue sculpture. A statue sculpture is an Item.
